C3H 10T1/2 mouse cells were exposed to FDMA or CDMA modulated RFR for 24 hours at a SAR of 5 W/kg. RNA was extracted from both exposed and sham-exposed cells for gene expression analysis. Cells were also exposed to x-rays as a positive control.

The X-ray treated samples showed significant changes in more than 90 genes. The RFR exposed cells had no statistically significant effect on gene expression.
