Three lots of 15 mice each were randomized into 3 groups. One was exposed to 2450 MHz continuous-wave radiation, one to similar frequency pulse-modulate radiation, and the other served as a control group. The SAR was 1.2W/kg. Animals in the radiated groups were given the radiation for 15 days before melanoma cells were implanted in all 3 groups. The radiation was then continued, 2.5 hours per day for 6 sessions per week in the 2 radiated groups.

There was no difference in survival between the three groups.
